6 week Mini-Mastermind for Leaders running from the beginning of June to early July, exploring ideas and techniques for building relationships with and onboarding staff and enthusing them as leaders of their own learning.
As a leader, you deeply care about your team, the individuals you are leading and your whole school community. You want to do the best by them and be confident in knowing you are putting the right things in place to achieve this. You have a clear vision of professional learning and growth and would like to add techniques to your toolkit to purposefully develop relationships, direction and buy in with your teams. You might feel scared that, when stepping into a new role, and without warmly exploring your leadership-style, you might repeat past mistakes and your ideas to develop a strong team, focused on growth might flop. You are a caring leader, who is keen to build strong, meaningful, valuable relationships with your staff so that you can collectively build a shared vision and have a structure in place to purposefully drive that vision forwards.
