Joining a Leadership Mastermind is one of the most powerful actions you can take to upgrade your leadership skills. Through deep conversations with leaders across the world based on book studies, hot seats and what really matters in education, you will gain perspective, insight and depth to your leadership and be able to pinpoint key actions to take to bring your school vision to success.

Masterminds are a coaching and reflection tool

“Masterminds” are used in business all the time as a coaching and reflection tool to bring visions forward to success. Through meeting with a diverse group regularly with shared directions and problems, we share collective expertise, pre-empt problems before they arise and support one another to grow. A clear structure ensures meetings are purposeful, focused and also have room for spontaneous growth. Meetings are online with a small group of leaders across the globe and are facilitated by Becky Carlzon and trained facilitators.

We implement Collective Efficacy to make it work

The structure and approach of our Leadership Masterminds are based on John Hattie’s meta-research into Collective Efficacy which found that the biggest impact in schools comes from us, the adults. However, there is a 4-fold difference between the most impactful adults and the least. The most impactful adults engage with “Collective Efficacy” which involves:

  • Drip-fed content over time
  • Conversation, and
  • Collaboration with colleagues in your own context and outside of your context

Our Masterminds incorporate all 3 aspects of Collective Efficacy, ensuring individual and collective growth.

What if, together, we could...

Create a collaborative culture of teachers open to and enthused by educational research

Promote and strengthen positive learning dispositions amongst your staff

Create collaboratively learning opportunities for all staff, aligned with your school vision and values AND teacher interests

Cultivate harmonious school communities with well-being, relationships and engagement at their heart

Design curricula that focused on the “how” of learning as well as the “what” of learning

Equip staff with the tools, information and resources they need to implement the most impactful and inspiring learning in their classrooms

Well, we can...

Read it first hand from our Masterminds member

If you are passionate about teaching, this is an inspiration journey you deserve to be on.
